The end of the year retreat is a good way to close the old and set an intension for the new year with a daily practice of yoga & voice without having to travel.

In the have afternoon you have time to reflect and rest from the past christmas days 😉

With the Urban Retreat you create a good start for 2019 where new energy can flow and set e clear intension for the new period.

It will be like a mini holiday for yourself.

Program:

We follow the Vijnana yoga Principles & Voice

Each morning we start with sitting, cleansing (Kriya’s), Vayu’s, Pranayama (breathing)Then we do a series of asana’s.

10.00 – 11.00h sitting, vayu’s, kriya’s ,pranayama, voice
11.00 – 11.15h tea brake
11.15 – 13.00h asana & voice practice and yoga text
