In his classes Dick pays attention to breathing (pranayama), meditation, yoga poses (asanas) with technical details and relaxation. Each week there is a different theme.
has been practicing yoga for 10 years and completed the Vijnana yoga teacher training in 2008. Ever since he has been teaching various groups in Amsterdam and surrounding areas.
Besides, Dick followed the Ashtanga yoga teacher training with David Swenson.
