Deze lessen zijn gebaseerd op de principes van Vijnana Yoga. De les begint rustig met meditatie en ademhalingsoefeningen. Daarna wordt het intensiever: je beweegt op het ritme van de adem. Iedere groep asana’s komt aan bod – staande, balans, voorover, achterover, zittend en ondersteboven. Aan het eind is er tijd voor ontspanning.

Saturday March 4 13.00-16.00 Heart Openers/Back Bends with Marta & Sanne
This workshops we will work on how to use breathwork to guide and support back bends.
Make your back bends stable and pleasant.
Instead of trying to shape our backs into a desirable form, we will tune in with the breath and guide
our bodies towards backbends in a pleasant, expansive and healing way.
After meditation we will learn breathing practices that will support the spine and create a safety net that
will lead the movements towards safe and challenging back bends.
Back bends compensate for our daily tendencies to reach and bend forward. It also creates an expansive feeling of openness and exhilaration.
