Date: January 19 Winter (Each season, dates 2025 , April 13 Spring & July 6 Summer)
Time: 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – door open at 4:30 p.m.

For a period of 6 years I have been giving monthly OMhealing at Samana Yoga.
We all sang OM, for 45 minutes. The overwhelming silence that followed was unbelievable every time.

What actually happened during such a session?

The answer is obvious: Alignment.
Alignement through all chakras and centers (abdomen, heart, head) with “heaven and earth”, creating healing in everything that may be healed.

For those who were there at the time, the ritual setting in which we did the OMhealing, I feel that it is no longer matching in our time. That’s why I’m letting go of that form and we’re going for the essence: Alignement.

What are we going to do?

– Through a series of simple exercises for body and voice, we experience our voice as part of our whole being.

– become quiet – sounds, chanting, singing

-silence, inner peace
