In a world that keeps moving faster, many people spend much of their lives in survival
mode. We push through, adapt, and stay constantly “on,” often without truly sensing
how we are doing. Until the body, or life itself, asks for our attention.
From Survival to Presence is a deepening yoga journey unfolding through the
seasons. Four full-day workshops in which you are gently guided, step by step, to
slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself. Not by trying harder, but by
understanding how your body, nervous system, and awareness work together.
Each workshop day is dedicated to an essential yogic system that aligns with the
season and will supports balance in the everchanging waves of life.

Winter: Yoga Nidra & the Kosha Model

In winter, nature becomes still, and we turn toward deep rest. The practice of Yoga
Nidra guides us to a personal place of rest. A place that is always present and
uniquely our own. We explore what happens in the body and the brain as we enter
deep relaxation and work with the kosha model, another inner map offered by yogic
philosophy.
While the chakra system helps us understand different areas of the body, the kosha’s
reveal the layers from which our experience is formed; physical, energetic, mental,
and emotional. We make these layers practical and recognizable, so you can see
how they operate within you and influence your daily life. Becoming aware of these
layers can be a powerful resource in deepening self-understanding and, in turn, your
relationship with the world around you.

More about the teacher

Being a dancer, the body always has been fascinating to Fleur. Her dancing years
taught her so much about that body. And then she found out about yoga…It felt
so familiar, but yet so different. The more yoga she experienced the more she
discovered the deeper layers that can be found beyond the physical body. And the
deep interconnection of body, breath, emotions, mind, and the subconscious.
Fleur loves to bring western knowledge and ancient yoga teachings together so that
yoga can be used practical in the midst of the waves of modern life. For Fleur yoga is
a way to explore yourself. To connect deeper to your own truth. In every yoga
experience she creates a space where you can go on a journey with and within
yourself.
Through gentle vinyasa yoga, breathwork, restorative, yin, meditation, energetics,
yoga Nidra, sound, and yoga therapy practices she supports you to experience
yourself and life in a conscious way.
Over the past 17 years she has been teaching, guiding workshops, teacher trainings,
continuing education, and immersions. She is also a trained and certified as a Yoga
Therapist and runs a private practice, where she works holistically with clients,
supporting physical, emotional, and nervous system health.

Spring: The Nervous System & Polyvagal Theory
In spring, we explore the nervous system and polyvagal theory as the foundation for
safety and resilience. The nervous system forms the basis of a well-functioning body.
When you begin to understand this system, and recognize how it influences your
state of being, you can start to build a healthier, more compassionate relationship
with yourself in a very practical way.

Summer: Prāṇa & the Vāyu’s
In summer, we dive into the world of prāṇa, often translated as life force or vital
energy. What is prāṇa exactly? How does it move through us, and how can we work
with it in a gentle, accessible way? We explore the relationship between prāṇa and
prāṇāyāma and become familiar with the vāyu’s; the different directions in which life
energy moves. Through breath and movement, you learn how to consciously
collaborate with your own energy system in a way that supports daily life.

Autumn: The Chakra System
Autumn is the season of transformation. Just as trees release their leaves, letting go
of what no longer serves, this season invites us to turn inward. We journey through
the chakra system, using it as a practical map of the body. Through this inner
exploration, you are invited to rediscover what your body may have been
communicating to you all along.

These days are for anyone who senses that something can shift. For those longing
for more calm, clarity, and self-understanding. Whether you are recovering from
burnout or long-term stress, or simply wish to prevent it. You are welcome!
The seasons follow one another in a natural rhythm, just as these workshops do.
Together they form a deepening path that unfolds organically throughout the year. At
the same time, each day can be attended on its own: every workshop is a complete,
self-contained experience, and you are free to join where it feels right for you.
Each day begins with an accessible, gentle yoga flow. In the afternoon, we explore
the theme of the day with a strong focus on the practical application of yogic
philosophy, so you can truly integrate it into everyday life. We close each day with a
Yoga Nidra and sound session, allowing everything you have experienced to settle
and integrate into your body and awareness, so you leave feeling more balanced.

yourself in the midst of an ever-moving world, in rhythm with the seasons.
