Eveline Torres offers the master class for all who like to develop a solid yoga practice.
In 2,5 hours there is more time and space to really deepen your practice.
Every month we focus on a theme. We take more time for all vijnana yoga principles: meditation, vayu’s and pranayama, asana’s and reading yoga texts.
The master class is for all levels: the classes are adapted to the level of the group. Each person will be able to practice on her/his own level.
After class you can stay and enjoy a cup of soup with us.
