IMMERSIVE YOGA RETREAT in the VIJNANA tradition with Flo Dedame

Because we believe that a moment in time is more or less like the next one, we lose touch with the essential urgency of being present. The Gift of Time is the practice toward freedom, supported by the benevolent container of community, the exceptional nurturing from our Tuscan hosts and the delightful inquiry toward living with ease and joy.

Schedule
A typical day of Practice…
- 6.45-9.00- Just sitting meditation~Purification kriyas~ Dimensional breath~ Pranayama~ Somatic awakening
- 9.00-10.00- Breakfast for body and soul
- 10.00-12.30- Asana practice introducing “dimensional deviations”
- 12.30-15.30- Lunch break- The sharing of delightful foods on the patio. Walks in nature and river dips!
- 15.30-18.00- Restore- Renew- Revive- The Vayus, the pranic path to the subtle creative sitting sequences into inversion practices.
- 19.00-20.15- Dinner break
- 20.15-21.30- Reflection~Philosophy~Chants
Cost
-Two options this year-
*5-day retreat all-inclusive. June 5th- 10th | 40-hour course | starts at 17.00 on the 5th and ends the 10th after lunch.
Shared villa accommodation- €975 Private room accomodation- €1100
*10-day retreat all-inclusive. June 5th- 15th | 80-hour course | starts at 17.00 on the 5th and ends the 15th after breakfast.
