In Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga we do flowing movements with awareness and the breath, opening our body, our heart, our mind. We bring ourselves home in our natural state, inside happiness. The practice energizes us, boosts our health, nourishes our spine, and makes us aware of the power and clarity of our mind.
We recognize the 5 elements in Gaia and ourselves. We feel their pure qualities and how they nourish us physically, energetically and mentally. Body, breath, heart, mind start to work together more harmoniously.
It is gentle, yet powerful and very effective. Lu Jong brings us in the present moment. We free ourselves from restlessness & limited beliefs. Insights come spontaneously. Lu Jong helps us to be inspired, happy & powerful.

The Lu Jong series consist of 21 movements: 5 elements movements – 5 movements for the musculo-skelettal system – 5 movements for the Vital organs – 6 Conditions: movements with specific benefits for health and happiness.
Lu Jong is suitable for all ages & abilities – incl. beginners and advanced yogi’s.

Lu Jong has its background in:
?shamanistic Bön with all its wisdom of natural cycles, the elements and how body, breath, heart and mind work together in a optimal way.
?Tantrayana diamond teachings: using the body – our temple- as a vehicle for change. Including teachings of the subtle body (=base of health of the gross body as we know it).
? Tibetan medicine: further explaining the tremendous benefits of the Lu Jong series.
