Daphne started to practice yoga years ago and decided to dive deeper into her practice during the Ashtanga yoga teacher training of Johan Noorloos and Marcel van de Vis in 2008. That was only the beginning! Daphne started to train with teachers like David Swenson, Cathy Cooper and teachers of different yoga styles like Dona Holleman, Teresa Caldas, Mark Holzman and Paul Grilley. She finshed Yogateacher Level 2 in 2010. At the moment Daphne is studying the Prana Flow© vinyasa system of Shiva Rea.
In her classes Daphne focuses on alignment and technique, working from the core and with the breath.
