Sunday December 8
10.30-12.00
Between September & December 2024 you can enjoy few seasonal soundbaths. This soundbath belongs under the winter season. We will touch upon all the seasons in each soundbath but the focus will be on the present season and topics resonating with it. Join us for this Winter Sound Bath.
Winter Sound Bath: Embrace the Stillness
Join us for a rejuvenating Winter Sound Bath, a tranquil experience designed to align with the season’s introspective energy. As we gather in this serene space, the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments will guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
Winter is associated with the element of Water, symbolizing reflection and intuition. This season also resonates with the kidneys and bladder, organs linked to the body’s vitality and emotional balance. Through sound, we’ll gently cleanse and nurture these vital organs, encouraging a sense of calm and rejuvenation.
Allow the harmonious vibrations to wash over you, creating a sanctuary of warmth and healing as we honor the quiet beauty of winter. Embrace this opportunity to turn inward, replenish your spirit, and connect with the essence of the season.

Besides her theatre work, she walks the path of healing for the past 14 years.
She heard her inner call during her practice of yin yoga with Anat Geiger. In 2014 she completed the yin yoga/chakra meditation/self development teacher’s training at Yoga garden in Amsterdam with Anat Geiger and Marcel van de Vis Heil.
She also regularly follows retreats and workshops with shiatsu, TCM and chi gong practitioner, dancer and choreographer Zuna Vesna Kozánková in Slovakia.
It was during her studies with Anat, and with Zuna, that she came across tuning forks for the first time. Sound has always been a medium of communication beyond words for Klara. Since her childhood she felt deeply connected to music and sound, she could feel the motions within triggered by songs, music, a sound. In the first lockdown in 2020 she decided to dive into the vibrational sound medicine at Sound healing academy, UK and learn about how sound can be beneficial to others on all levels of consciousness.
