Mindfulness Yoga

Friday May 29 is the start of a series of 4 mindfulness yoga lessons. In mindfulness yoga we carefully observe the breath during the postures without deliberately changing of controlling the breath.

By fully paying attention to the breath, we learn to experience the intimate connection between breath and mind.
Mindful breathing helps us to be fully attentive to our body, our feelings, thoughts and to the way we relate to the world around us.

The teacher is Rida Markusse, mindfulness trainer, psychologist and yoga teacher.
