Ready to reboot your energy levels and bring renewed optimism into your yoga practice? Then join us for this active workshop to shake off that lethargic winter feeling.
This workshop contains 3 potent tools of yoga: pranayama, asana and self study.
It also integrates awareness, being in the moment and stimulating the body’s recovery.
We will explore different groups of poses for their uplifting qualities.
CV
My name is Patrizia Semperboni and I have been a yoga teacher for more than 20 years. I decided to start the Iyengar teacher training just to deepen my knowledge… and I found myself on a journey that still has no end.
Yoga reminds me to take care of myself and introduced me to spirituality in a way I hadn’t seen before.
To use a quote from B.K.S Iyengar: ‘Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees’.
In my yoga background I have taught yoga from 3 year olds to adults aged 103.
I am a mentor for students who want to become Iyengar yoga teachers.
In relation to the the Samana Yoga Center, I have given lessons in the past in their schedule and with Sanne, we have also worked together on a series of workshops.
During my yoga classes I find it important to consciously build up postures and then gradually deepen them. In addition to observing the body and breathing, I would like to convey a feeling of well-being, without forgetting the attention to technique. All this taking into account adjustments in relation to the capabilities and physical ailments of the students.
