Sunday May 12
10.30-12.00
Between January and July 2024 you can enjoy few seasonal soundbaths. This soundbath belongs under the winter season. We will touch upon all the seasons in each soundbath but the focus will be on the present season and topics resonating with it. For the winter it is a deep relaxation, rest and space for regeneration and restoration.
“Working with sound offers an experience of deep and wide silence within, and that is what I value so much about this work. Sound resonates and vibrates not only our physical body; it reaches beyond the physical as well. It reveals visions, recalls memories, and awakens feelings. It has a power to release and shift deeply stored patterns and to create new pathways in our system. It connects us with the earth beneath and the source above and all around us. But also, under all the waves of these different experiences lies a silent chamber we all carry within and where we all can retrieve to for a kind, loving, compassionate and nourishing embrace.”

Besides her theatre work, she walks the path of healing for the past 14 years.
She heard her inner call during her practice of yin yoga with Anat Geiger. In 2014 she completed the yin yoga/chakra meditation/self development teacher’s training at Yoga garden in Amsterdam with Anat Geiger and Marcel van de Vis Heil.
She also regularly follows retreats and workshops with shiatsu, TCM and chi gong practitioner, dancer and choreographer Zuna Vesna Kozánková in Slovakia.
It was during her studies with Anat, and with Zuna, that she came across tuning forks for the first time. Sound has always been a medium of communication beyond words for Klara. Since her childhood she felt deeply connected to music and sound, she could feel the motions within triggered by songs, music, a sound. In the first lockdown in 2020 she decided to dive into the vibrational sound medicine at Sound healing academy, UK and learn about how sound can be beneficial to others on all levels of consciousness.
