A day to give and receive love. This workshop helps you to feel kindness and joy, loving and accepting yourself as you are. To feel the warmth from within we start with meditation, vayu’s and pranayama. Then we move into a vijnana-vinyasa flow, with the main focus on back bend poses. We give the heart area this extra warm attention. With this practice we celebrate internal love, a good basis for loving others. A treat for all.
