What do we do:
After the Covid period, weakness and physical and mental fatigue are an important phenomenon in society.
We need time and attention to return to rest after this hectic period. Furthermore, the focus of this course is on the recovery process after minor respiratory illnesses and is therefore also very suitable for people with complaints after Covid.

With supported asanas we widen and lengthen our backs and we create space for the rhythm of our breathing.
With strengthening postures we will awaken new energy ,physically and mentally. We are going to adopt poses that help when you are very tired and other poses will work more on the hormonal system and promote overall health.

About Patrizia:
Patrizia Semperboni has been a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher since 2002, recognized by the ‘Iyengar Yoga Association Netherlands’ (IYVN) with an ‘Intermediate Junior III’ level. Cle Souren and Berber Schönholzer are two of the Dutch teachers with whom she studied. She regularly attends yoga workshops with internationally renowned teachers, such as Sheila Haswell, and takes classes via Zoom from Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune,  of Abhijata Iyengar and Prashant.

Practical matters: You register for 4 lessons.
