Your partner is also involved in the pregnancy and birth.

Partner classes are active, informative trainings covering the phases of pregnancy, anatomy, active role of the partner, birthing positions and requirements for an optimal birthing preparation. The class is for (future) mothers and fathers together.

Every month, on fridaynight, there is a partner class. Please register in advance.

About the teacher: Sanne Kerkhof

Sanne Kerkhof completed the Vijnana yoga teacher training with Teresa Caldas and Orit sen Gupta and is an experience teacher. Having Sanne, the Samana Yoga Center has the most knowledgeable teacher of pregnancy and yoga in Amsterdam.  As a mother of three children, her teaching is supported by her extensive personal experience.
