We are happy to welcome our senior Vijnana teacher from Canada, for the second time this year.
Friday November 8, 5.30 – 9 pm
Saturday November 9, 9 am – 1pm  &  2.30 – 6 pm
Sunday November 10, 9 am – 1 pm  &  2.30 – 5 pm
This time our journey with Florence Dedame,  will be a truly ‘urban retreat’ where yogi’s with 2 years or more experience and yoga teachers join to research and deepen their own practice at our Amsterdam yoga center.
These are her words of invitation with the flavour of our urban retreat.

The dark hours are upon us and we will deepen into them.
Intent is our principle, looking in will ripen what needs to be exposed.
Cherish it all.
Fire is needed when clarity is imprisoned.
I look forward to your presence. Fire was the first element that started the in-depth retreats many years ago.
I was fumbling for the inner switch, and so I practiced, and practiced, a slow burning process with a steady
intent. I died many times until I was born into lightness. This was when I understood a little more about lightness…
