What can you expect of the Therapeutic Yoga Workshop?

We will investigate the integration of the heart and the lower centre “gut” by working on the diaphragm “the seat of Prana”

•Cleaning with vayu’s & udhyana bandha (breathing and meridian opening )

•’Just sitting’ and pranayama (breathing) help to focus and concentrate

•Pranayama (breathing) to make contact with the diaphragm and find deep relaxation, focus on Prana Vayu.

Healing your self
This workshop is a gift to your self. At the end of the workshops you have reached a good balance between relaxation and strength in two important areas of your body. You regained vital energy and feel strong, confident and brave. Your body is detoxed and your mind is clear.

Sanne & Marta will help you find the best way into each pose by using props and hands-on adjustments so you can fully experience and relax in each pose. The staying and breathing in the Asana’s cultivates the calm necessary for mental and physical stamina.
