In times like these when we long so much for touch and contact, when we experience more stress and our immune systems can use a boost, the Yoga Massage class with partner is the solution.
Yoga Massage is a form of massage that uses acupressure, stretching and meditation to promote and optimize the flow of energy and blood in the body. That way we experience less tension and stress and we feel more energetic and happy. During the Yoga Massage class you follow the teacher step by step in 45 minutes and massage your partner, over the clothes, from the feet to the head. In 45 minutes you help your friend, loved one or family member to get into total relaxation! After 45 minutes you change and your partner gives you the same massage. Sounds good, right?
Yoga Massage is suitable for everyone! You don’t have to be flexible or strong for it. Never practiced yoga before? No problem! You just have to follow the teacher and perform the massage with love. Note during covid: come with a partner yourself. This can be a friend, your lover or a family member.
Hi, my name is Sabine, creative centipede from Amsterdam. After having suffered from low back pain for almost 20 years, I started to study both qi gong and massage. This deepening has been a way for me to more connection with myself and more insight into what I can do myself to optimize my health. I am now a qi gong teacher and I also teach individual massages and Yoga Massage in groups. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others to “empower” more people to take your health into their own hands.
