The Space of the Heart
A weekend retreat to rekindle the spark.
A journey into the heart space.
From the physical to the emotional to the spiritual.
We will look into an intuitive, holistic mode of cognition where the seat of consciousness is located not in the brain but in the heart.
Exploring the heart space involves attending to our most vulnerable and sacred aspects. There are barricades around the heart asking to be breached.
From the root, we will rise to the heart, threading our yoga practice so that it serves with grace and purpose the more profound healing residing in the most powerful organ of perception we were ever gifted.
May we join into heart coherence and spread the love the world desperately needs.
