Singing Circle with Diana Jost

It’s Diana’s passion to help people opening the channels of the voice.
We will start with some simple exercises to open the channel of the voice… and then we just sing.

And for the Vijnana Yogis it might be interesting as I use the Vayus as part of the energy work to open the voice 🙂

What to bring: If you like, bring along your instrument, shakers, little drums, or just come with your beautiful voice (also if you think it’s not beautiful enough).
