Open for all levels.
When you see Flo in a balance pose it looks so easy, but for most of us it’s quite hard. “Not hard at all”, she says, “The secret is in staying compact, centered around your Samana, while balancing on an arm or leg. That will make it light and stable. Join her in Flo’s Flavored Flow and optimise your own balance!
In order to reach a beautiful balance, we practice from the principles of Vijnana Yoga (link naar principes), for example compactness, relaxing the body and quietening the mind. If you learn how to activate these principles or learn to listen tot hem, you can practice them without effort. Applicable and useful for any kind of yoga.
